I had the opportunity on 12/12/08 to speak to a customer service rep, by the name of Ocyrus. I called the store to ask a question regarding a product I was interested in ordering. During the conversation I explained to Ocyrus I had a problem with a previous order, shipped by UPS, signed for my UPS, however, I never received the merchandise. I was told by another customer service rep on 12/11/08, it would take 10 days or more for them to complete the investigation regarding the item in question. I had already been charged for the purchase, which I needed for Christmas, so if I really wanted that item, I would have to purchase it again, while the investigation was being completed. Ocyrus checked my order, spoke with his manager and only to my pleasant surprise, I was told they were going to expedite a duplicate package to me.

That to me is true Customer Service, and a dedicated Customer Service Representative going above and behind his job! Thank you Ocyrus and Bed Bath and Beyond, you have restored my faith in your organization. Please do not let the service this young man rendered go unrecognized. Again I thank you Ocyrus for a job well done.
