Hollister ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAM I have sent 7 emails in the last 3 weeks to customer service and never received a response. Last week called 866-426-1285 and spoke with representative I was told a manager would call me back within the next few days. Never happened!

Today I called again and the representative "Amber" was clueless and could not help me. I asked to speak to her manager and was told her manager Laurie does NOT speak to customers! Customer Service is a sham!

Went to Hollister store in Peabody, MA and they were awesome. They were friendly and helpful and settled problem. My advice... Shop local. Stay away from doing business with Hollister.com. Their customer Service is a sham!
