Charges Sales Taxes on the Early Termination Fee?

SPRINT is taking advantage of customers by adding on items of cost to an early termination fee that would ordinarily be tacked on to a service bill. An ETF is a penalty, not a service bill, so SPRINT should not be adding the following items:
