Early terminations fees charged

I just recently found out today that I have a $600.00 bill from sprint into collections and I was charged a $350.00 termination fee for service I didn't terminate. Sprint keeps telling me I signed a new contract in February when I didn't. I had gone into one of their stores to change the billing name from mine into my 18 year old granddaughters as I originally took the phone out under my name as she was only 17 years old at the time. I am very dis satisfied with sprint and sprints sales people. I never signed a new contract and now that I'm asking to see a copy of this so called new contract I signed seems no one can come up with it. Seems strange to me you want to charge me a large amount of money for something I didn't do and that you can't seem to show me any paper work to back up your claims. I for one think sprint uses deceitful and fraudlent sales tactics. I will not recommend sprint to anyone as I will turn them to another cell phone provider besides sprint. Thank you very much sprint and sprint sales people for very bad sales practices. You shouldn't even be in business with practices like yours. One very extremely unhappy former sprint customer. I tried calling the business drive sprint store in Sheboygan wi only to find the number is no longer in service.
