Late payments, no return call, Lost almost everything

I can honestly tell you that the workers comp people suck I don't know how they go to bed and sleep with the way they treat and ruin peoples lives. I'm a single mother to a 6 year old. I have been battling with them for two years now and it sucks. I tell ya you can't give up the literally drive people insane to make them give up so they can pull all their crap. I'm 27 and I worked in a nursing home and we were transfer someone and oops the procedure was don't right but in an effort to stop the resident from falling when she stumbled over her own feet I herniated a disk so I found out 3 months later. I've been to more then three of the comps IME appointments in the course of 11 months and nothing helped the pain I was to the point of shooting myself. After arguing with one dr who thought because I could walk I was just fishing for narcotic pills. ~sighs medical idiots~ he referred me to a surgeon who is a senior in a big orthopedic building mind you this is 11 months later. Hes the only one who showed us why it hurt and told me I wasn't crazy hes sure I was in as much pain as I stated and we weighed out the options when it came down to it he said the disk was so badly shattered within a year to two at the most I would be in a wheel chair and couldn't walk. All of the comps IME doctors favored that a surgery needed to be done.in the mix of that 11 months I attempted to go back in a "LIGHT DUTY" position and it always failed the employer broke the restrictions and as much as I argued with comp they always sided with the employer. Hell I was being called in to the office everyday I worked and in trouble for not going outside of my 10 lb restriction. The specialist I seen argued with the comp insurance and we decided I would go ahead and do the surgery as I already had a lawyer, and another insurance. Well I was paying the premium for the health insurance but as soon as the decision was made to bill that insurance my employer canceled it on me. Over the year I suffered with the pain I ended up have permanent nerve damage. I am in as much pain as I was before the fusion. I can't sit up longer then 2 hours at home I have attempted to go back to work 5 times now since February. I have lost 2 homes getting evicted I have to depend on my boyfriend thank god I have him to make sure things like my lights are pain I have enough food to feed my child. I have tried to get state aid and I cant because of what comp is supposed to pay me a month it has now been over 2 months that I haven't gotten a dime. The state is so bad comp was 2200.00 behind and I ended up running out of propane in the winter here below 0 degree weather and they wouldn't help me my boyfriend took out a 3000.00 loan from banks to pay my bills. I have brought my case to my lawyer who I can tell you most of them don't give a damn about you mine always tells me there's nothing I can do. My pain level is never below a 8 and it hurts so bad in my back and legs I cry and can barley walk but my lawyer tells me go to work. What kind of shit is that. The Insurance carriers don't care either I have stated my case to them, my lawyers, the state representatives and the governor of Michigan. Heck I even wrote President Obama when the state canceled my daughters health insurance because I wasn't working. So now I have the stress of doctors bills, er visits for her what is a parent supposed to do when a child starts throwing up on a Friday night and still at it in the early hours of sat. The kid would drink a sip and throw up enough to fill my garbage can. Not only do the Insurance Company's hurt parents they hurt their families and everyone around them. I have even pleaded to my employer about not receiving my payments and the Administrator tells me I'm not getting in the middle of it. Gallagher Basset should be ashamed of them selves.: eek:
