Keeps closing case and denies treatment even though was hurt on job Ripoff!

My Husband got hurt on the Job on 01/01/04. He filed a claim, same day, with his employer and their insurance. He has gone to his appointments, missed 1 or 2, one appointment was missed because of and death in the family. But they were re-scheduled. My husband was reffered to 3 different doctors.

This last doctor gave him a shot of cotisone (spelling?) and verbally told him, and I quote, "Do not come back until you have pain. When you have pain call and make an appointment." The shot lasted from December 8 until about one month ago. Robert called his doctor about a month ago, and scheduled an appointment for April, 27.

Today, the doctor's office called to say Zenith closed the case and will not pay for the bill. Robert would have to pay cash. Zenith claims they never recieved any paper work from the doctors he's seen, so they closed the case. However, we were never notified the case was closed.

Robert, my husband, was following doctor's orders. "DO NOT COME BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE PAIN." For that, he's being penalized by the insurance company.
They refused and denied his claim because of paper work was not received. Accroding to the doctor's office, they sent Zenith all paper work, and Zenith will not pay the bills for his injury.

And after the fact, we started to receive the bills because Zentih refuse to pay. I don't understand how they refused to pay the bills first if they say they didn't receive them.

Meanwhile, Robert is in pain everyday and cannot see a doctor because of the high price. (We are on a limited income) Anyone, or any press, lawyers, doctors, congressmen, and or, assembly men, willing to help please contact me. Kittyroc316@aol.com
