Attempt to ripoff already billed my credit card after I requested to cancel

I heard an ad on the radio to try Epiclear for free. The ad talked of the product used called soy lechtin. I called the number and asked to order it.

I was told I would be shipped an automatic shipment because the free sample was not enough to show results and I said nevermind then. Then he said that I would see results with the small bottle, but not the maximum results.

He said I would be charged 69.95 for the next shipment and I said no. He said there was a money back garauntee with the order. He said that is the only way to get the free bottle, but all I had to do is call the cancelation number right away and cancel the shipment. I did just that. I hung up the phone with him and called to cancel. When I called I was told the shipment was already in process. SAME DAY! I said I will just send it back.

When I recieved the free shipment, I called to cancel again and I was told I could not get a refund if it was already shipped. I said there is a money back garauntee an she said there was not. Also, the product contains salisylic acid which I cannot use and they are advertising soy lechtin.

I read her (Linda) a statement on my invoice that said I had 30 days to return for refund. She went to a supervisor and came back and said the invoice had errors and they would honor it, but they were not supposed to. So I can reject it at the Post office and they will refund my card when they recieve it back.

I talked to Linda and her supervisors name is Mario.

I am trying to warn people before they request the FREE sample. They do not give you time to cancel the shipment and they do not give you time to try the product to see if you like it before they have already shipped and charged you for more.

Not to mention that I looked at a website after I ordered it that was offering shipping for 4.95 and the man on the phone could not confirm the shipping cost to me and I was charged 9.95 for shipping.
