Levela suggested trial size for shipping only $4.99. I called to tell them I wanted to cancel anymore shipments. Got an automated answering machine saying a shipment had been sent THAT NIGHT for 89.99, and if I wanted to cancel it I would have to send it back. After hanging up the phone I called my credit card co., and Levela had just charged my card when I had called. No shipment had been shipped out yet. So before I hung with Levela they said that if I didn't return that shipment (which was never sent out yet) that they would give me a discount price of $39.99. From reading other customer complaints saying they couldn't return their product, or couldn't get an operator, I settled for the $39.99 so I wouldn't get totally ripped for the $89.99. What a scam! Sure enough I tried to get an operator, and could not! It also you could e-mail to cancel. When I tried to e-mail it just kept going back to their address, and phone number. These people should be closed down!!
