Diet ZX - Ab Energizer
Ripoff - Stole my Money consumer rip-off fraud

Diet ZX charged by account on 10-17 - I paid in full $119.25 - The product never shipped - They kept telling me it was on back order - when I finally canceled on 02-20 and requested a refund to my account I was told it would take 60 days to process.

On April 21st I tried to call and find out why my account has not been credited, I could not get through on the phone. A detailed message came on saying there would be a hold time, then "one moment please" then the phone just rings and rings.

I let it ring for 1 hour... No pick up or hold for next operator. I e-mailed them - no return E-mail - I tried to call this A.M. - Now the phone answers and says only "one moment please" then rings and rings.

This company also represents The AB Energizer. They us a different 1800# in the AD. Same bad service or just planned RIP-OFF
