Return policy - criket cell phones

This has to be by farrrrrrrr the worse telephone company that has ever arrived in the chicago area.

Please if you are reading this do not buy anything from crooked aka criket.

I bought a phone and a months worth of services paid $ 112.00 plus a blue tooth. (what a horrible mistake).

I never had a signal...

My old number port over a week later, this is after i was told it would take 4 hours.

When i went back to the store where i bought the service, they would not help me at all.

They told me what do you expect we are new in town.

I could not get my money back... Their returned policy is only good for one half hour... Yes you read me right one half an hour... No money back at all.

I then went to boost had to pay all over agin, but ended up with great service.

I will follow my complainst with the better business bureau with the economy the way it is, i'm not going to lose $ 112.00 just because.

Horrible, horrible, horrible company!!!
