Subscription without consent

Recently I obtained within the email a container from Proactiv Solution comprising their anti acne answer along with a bill stating my charge card have been billed which I had been registered to get a membership for their item. I'd never heard about Proactiv before and had definitely not registered to get a membership or provided permission for my charge card to become billed. I've no idea how they got use of my creditcardnumber (the final 4 numbers were about the bill).

After I called the organization, they decided to stop the delivery cost and deliver me a tag to deliver back their item, encouraging to stop the cost upon its return. The cost hasn't seemed on my online charge card record so far.

I'm really wishing that I'll not need togo through the discomfort of eliminating my charge card and obtaining a new one. Also then, the fear is the fact that there's some dishonest 3rd party that I actually do business with that's promoting my info to Proactiv.
