Being charged for nothing - Proactiv Vitaclea

I ordered some products on 8/18.
The order number is: 46947457494888201602185VY4023
I received the shipment confirmation on 8/21.
My Proactiv customer account number is: 46947457494888
After I received this order, I went to Proactiv official website and used Proactiv online customer service.
I asked for the order confirmation e-mail or some order receipt sent to me.
Proactiv online customer service promised me she would e-mail the order confirmation to me.
However, she never did that.
I also asked to cancel my membership account and all my orders.
Proactiv online customer service promised me that she already cancelled all my orders.
I also checked that my Proactiv membership account had been cancelled as well.
After I did all the cancellation, Proactiv still kept mailing me the product in the next month, in September, and charged me for it.
Proactiv do not have the rights mailing products to me and charging me after Proactiv customer service promised me all my orders were cancelled.
Proactiv online customer service now is gone.
Proactiv onlie e-mail contact function is dead.
I cannot talk to Proactiv.
I cannot e-mail Proactiv.
Proactiv customer service does not even exist.

I found the packed brand new vitamin and returned it to Proactiv.
This is the shipping confirmation number through USPS: 03122120000212411433.
Proactiv cannot deny that Proactiv received this returned product and it is still well-packed, unused.

And then Proactiv charged me again in the next month, in October, but I received nothing.

Why should I be charged for the two bottles of vitamin that I do not own?
I asked for the refund.
If you refuse refunding me, I will sue you until you die.
