Illegal use of bank info

I have never gave direct tv the right to take funds from my bank account but for a 1 time payment only and when they did not receive my receivers right away they went ahead and debited from my bank account $58.85 which again they never had any authorization to do this. I would still have direct if they did not have such suckey service and charged to much money for poor quality satellite transmission, if it even got a little misty outside the damn thing would go out. I have sent this same letter to the BBB Indiana State Attorney Generals office, Consumer Affairs Division.
