Bank Account Debited $58.85 Despite One-Time Payment Only

I never gave Direct TV the right to take funds from my bank account, except for a one-time payment only. When they did not receive my receivers right away, they went ahead and debited $58.85 from my bank account, which again they had no authorization to do.

I would still have Direct TV if they did not have such poor service and charge so much money for poor quality satellite transmission. If it even got a little misty outside, the whole thing would go out.

I have sent this same letter to the BBB Indiana State Attorney General's office, Consumer Affairs Division.
