Due Date Moved Earlier After Scheduling Payment, Late Fee Charged

My son has a Chase credit card now since Circuit City went out of business. His due date for this card has been on the 28th of each month for the past 4 months. He scheduled his online payment as usual... And guess what, they changed the due date to the 23rd of May, so they were able to assess a late fee. Po'd... You bet! I am calling them in the am to complain... But, from what I've read on here, I won't get anywhere.

I am filing a complaint with the comptroller's office and even thinking of filing a class action suit... As I bet my son is not the only one they are scamming. He is 21 yrs old and has a credit score over 730... These people are greedy, they have messed with the wrong person this time.
