Chase Credit Card Company
Changed the billing cycle 5 days earlier, then collected late fee

My son has a chase credit card now since circuit city went out of business. His due date for this card has been on the 28th of each month for the past 4 months. He scheduled his online payment as usual... And guess what, they changed the due date to the 23rd of may, so they were able to assess a late fee. Po'd... You bet! I am calling them in the am to complain... But, from what i've read on here, i won't get anywhere.

I am filing a complaint with the comptoller's office and even thinking of filing a class action suit... As i bet my son is not the only one they are scamming. He is 21 yrs old and has a credit score over 730... These people are greedy, they have messed with the wrong person this time.
