Chase card rude customer service and rip off late fee

I am a chase card holder since 1994 with excellent credit score. Recently, I suddenly found that my chase card were charged late fee even I didn't pay late. And talked to customer service rep, and supervisor ask for the reason and to credit fee back to my account, all of them are so rude and using bad tone of language, and said no credit adjust, and if you want to close your account, it's fine to do now. I am so shock about their attitude! Can not believe my ear. What's going on with this company? They had 360 degree changes in their services.

I paid my monthly balance off at the due date online. But they said I paid after 4pm on that date, is consider later. If it's true, usually they credit fee back to us since it's 1st time. But now they just act like a street robbery. I told their supervisor: "you would like to lose a long time excellent customer in order to earn $39 late fee, it will not make you to stay in today's business? Losing a customer means losing your business, if you don't want to do a business like me, then you may scare away million of good customers, deal with the rest who won't able to make a payment in now day's economy."

I don't borrow money from chase card, but beware of them, I heard lots of complaints what they did. Recently, I am contacting Chase mortgage for refinancing my house, now I changed my mind, will not do any business with them. They no long have business ethics.
