$334 Credit Still Not Refunded After Returning Equipment

I have been trying to get my credit back from the satellite company DirecTV, and I have been getting the runaround, after I returned equipment. The credit is in the amount of $334 and some cents. They have horrible customer service. They keep telling me my money will be refunded in 6 to 8 weeks, in check form and/or returned to the same card where the money was withdrawn from. Ridiculous. After almost 2 years of loyalty, this is what I get in return! I would not recommend them at all!!
