Funds withdrawn from acct

I have been trying to retrieve credit back from the satellite company direct tv, i have been gettin the run around. After i returned equiptment. The credit is in the amount of 334$ and some cents. They have horrible customer service. They keep telling me my money will be refunded back in 6 to 8 wks, ridiculous..in check form and or will be returned to the same card where money was withdrawn from. After almost 2 yrs of loyalty this is what i get in return! I would not recommend them at all!!
