Funds were withdrawn against my account $149.95

I access my bank account on line and discovered that funds were withdrawn against my account in the amount of $149.95 for something that should have never happened, Usa credit withdrew funds from my account, they were not authorized by me to do so, I have received nothing from usa credit in reference to a credit card or credit report. Please help,
