Difficult English, rude to customer.
Exepida should return funds just as quickly and percisely as funds are withdrawn& espescially at the request of the customer. If the customer can't wait to pay for reservation, (expedia policy) then why is not the policy — immediate refund of funds. Why do I have to wait for my funds to be returned?
Will not use this service again and will recommend that others do the same!
