Unemployment complain

SirMadam. I have applied for unempoyment from January, after lost my job. They said i was over payed by nine hundred, I payed back the money over five years ago, when i go to apply in january they told me they took back the mpney they gave me which, were over two thousand dollars. They took that money from my incom tax. They told me to appeal i did that they denied me i appeal again i havent heard from them. Can you please check this out for me. Thank.
