Foundation Financial Group
Susannah K. Ruby&Ralph I. Heine Do not Pay the Appraisal Fee $402 Dollars (Scam)

Business & Finance

If you are thinking about refinancing your home with Foundation Financial Group, forget it! They create a euphoria and prey on honest people that are already stressed out with trying to keep their homes and pay monthly bills. First, they assure you of what interest rate you can lock in and show you how it will work on the mortgage application. The final step results in you paying the $402.00 dollars for the appraisal. After the appraisal has been done you are then told that everything is a positive. However, before you can blink an eye, they have already mailed you the denied appplication and on it it tells you that you have the right to appeal their decision. Finally, you never hear from them again with the outcome of your appeal because when you request the appeal, a cunning remark will be said to you such as the following: Susannah said, "Just because you appeal it does not mean we are going to approve it." I never heard from her again and it has been over two months.
