Poor service - Frigidaire side by side

Bought Frigidaire ref with extended warranty. Ref. Icemaker quit and was serviced every Tues for 7 weeks. Eventually lost everything and they fixed following week as scheduled. Ref works but no icemaker. Conatacted GE., complained about service and they offered to replace with new one. Went to HHGregg, Clarksville, Tn and paid for a replacement. Chose Whirlpool for replacement and told it would be delivered in 9 days, they claim would ship from store in Indiana. Now they tell me they have it on back order. I don't know when I will ever get this worked out. I do not recommend purchase from this company. They are not what they claim in their advertisements.
