I want everyone I can contact to know how HHgreg and frigidaire does not stand behind their products. We bought a new side by side 6 months ago. Over Christmas we went on vacation and a relay went out, it was defective and all our food spoiled, over $300 in meat. The smell is terrible and we have cleaned it, with baking soda, charcoal and stuffed with newspaper. The refrigerator is ruined, even their service provider said the smell will never come out, and they have declined to replace it. I will make sure the word gets out about this.in our market today, people listen to friends about what products don't work and I am going to be sure they know about this.
