Unprofessional company

MRS Associates is nothing but a bunch of incompenent soles. So I take an offer from the above company to settle a debt. Erica handles my account. Then I get a letter in the mail that contrictes the arrangmenets. So I contact Erica and ask for a copy of my agreement settlement to be faxed to me and she says it will takes 2 days... Hum, the agreemnet was made 2 months ago and they need 2 days to send me a copy. Two days goesx by and nothing - I contact Erica who is conveniently out, so I ask for her supervisor and I get Mr. Lee Roth. Well talk about going form bad to worse, I would compare him to a slum lord - he is looking right at my records but can give me no answers - well now they are going to see themselves in court - I have had enough of their breaking federal laws
