Over charge, lemon, rude, abusive language, car doesnt run

Hi my name is christina, and i bought a 2002 ford taurus the car ran great for a couple of months, then after those months were up, the check engine light came on. The car went down hill from there. I tried to get another car, and found out that the car is only worth $6,000, and I am paying 400 a month for 4 years. That doesnt add up to what they said was the price of the car. They told me that i would be paing 12,000 for the car thats way overcharging! On top of them over charging me, they sold me a lemon, the car doesnt even work now! I have always made my pymnts on time. I remeber when I had lost my job, they harrassed me for a pymnt after being one day late. Then i spoke with manager at the irving branch and she was so rude! She spoke to me like I was a child, it was unethical. She made threats against me. It worried me so much.in irving alone they are so rude and mean. I now haft to pay money on a car that doesnt work. And on top of that I am being seriously overcharged!
