Family Resource Connection, Inc. Established in July, is a company that one can utilize for the exchange of the child from one parent to the other parent in a divorce situation. According to Susan Hutchins, the director of the center explained that the Co. Is to follow the exchange procedures according to the judges order. To date I have received 3 telephone calls (messages) from an employee of Family Resource Connection, Inc.By the name of Stephanie Morrow.in the first message, Stephanie told me that I would not be allowed to have any visitation or telephone contact with my daughter until the trial was over. Stephanie was attempting to change the structure of my visitation agreement due to my wife calling her and stating that she was changing the judge's order, just because. Stephanie nor my wife are at liberty over turninging the judge's order.instead of Ms. Morrow contacting me three times via my cell phone and harassing me to the point of duress to tell me #1. I could not have any more visitations or telephone calls with my daughter until after the trial. # 2. I could only have monitored telephone calls with my daughter until after the trial, and #3. I could only have supervised visitation with my daughter until after the trial. Family Resource Connection, Inc. And employee Stephanie Morrow should have acted in a professional manner and followed the proper policies and procedures, and explained to my wife that she was not authorized to change the structure of my visitation and telephone contact with my daughter per the judge's order, and should have suggested to my wife to have her attorney contact my attorney. Family Resource Connection, Inc. Polices, procedures and employees should be investigated for their lack of professionalism, and lose their license to operate under the terms that they are operating, especially when the welfare of children are involved.
