I leased a ford lemon

In 2007 I leased a 2007 ford fusion new with 125 miles on it. The first thing that happened was the brake light came on it was the sensor the next thing was the engione light came on after pocaro ford did an oil change and left the cap off the next thing was the theostat pocaro fix that the next day my car made noise and both the engine and transmission were junk pocaro had the car for a month and after i got it back it ran like they didnt fix anything when i complained they said if it doesnt run right just give it back my intent when I leased a car was to buy it but this car was an unbuyable lemon. I paid 12000 for leasing the car and I owed 7200 on it. Mmy credit terms with ford credit were a 39 month lease and then an extention of 6 months when they found out it was a lemon they sent me a letter that if i wanted an extension i would have to void out the warenty and pay double milage i said that wasnt are agreement then they went an repossed the car and put it to a auction were they could lemon launder it out of state. If it had a replaced engine and transmission it would of went back to the dealer instead of going to the auction. Then they wanted me to sign a form that I gave it back which I didnt. Then they sent me aletter that I owe them 4000 dollars for milage and wear most of the miles on it were going back and forth to the repair shop there should of been 5000 dollar equity in the car if it would of ran decent and not of been a lemon the car also was not american made it was made in mexico
