HTN, Hens-Teeth.net Does not honor estimates and heavily over-charges in actual bill St. Peters

Our experience is that Hen's Teeth Network will not honor their estimates. We were billed over 5 times the original estimate. We allowed them to inspect our website shopping cart, submitted a task list and asked that the work be done in a month. The first estimate was for less than a $1,000 and they agreed the work should be done in a month. A month later 09 they came back and said they needed us to agree to a revised estimate of almost $2,600. We did that, but they continued to bill hourly until we had to ask them to stop. Four months later, the job was still not finished and we were left to correct their errors ourselves. The bill they racked up without finishing was over $5,000, five times original estimate, over double the second estimate. At first we thought they were very poor estimators, now we believe they will simply not honor their estimates and will continue to bill until you've had enough. You could logically assume this is a bait and switch plan that amounts to consumer fraud.
