Subject: fpl 2000 over charged estimate non working meter

FPL is determined to shut off my power on December 5 for non payment. Within this bill they are estimating outrageous usage used because there meters were not working. The estimates are in some cases 10 times the amount of last year. Below are the estimated charges. I requested actual usage and Ms. Grey said that she could not provide that because the mete was not readable. I have lived in the house for 18 years and never had bills higher then 250. My account number is FPL Account Number: 2305170017. I am disabled and my wife is not working and can not pay the outrageous amount owed. I need the power because I have sleep apnea and without using it I can die because of breathing blockage.
