The first big problem is during bad weather you lose reception when you need it the most. You don't know if there is a warning of a tornado ect.

We were told if our tuner box broke we could seen it back and have replaced free of charge. What they don't tell us is that when you send THEIR box in to be replace it renews your contract and they don't send you a notice that it is renewed.

When you call to close our account they tell you the amount you owe for the monthly bill but do not tell you that your contract is not up and you owe broken contract fee ($300). They would have billed our bank account but because we were with them for 7 years we had closed that account and had not informed them they couldn't do it. I'm sending them $10.00 a month and they still sent it to a collection agent that calls once or twice a week.
