DFW Incompetent, Liar, Would Not Return Calls, Did Not Earn The Money Paid To Her, Did Not Protect My Interests As A Selle

Vonda collard is the worst realtor and biggest liar ever! She made a promise that she would see to it that I would have 48 hours after closing to move. She dropped the ball and then did not even have the guts to call me to tell me that I had to be out by closing. She had someone else call me 6 days before closing to tell me that I had to be out. I ended up having to hire movers to move me instead of my family moving me. I am disabled and live on social security and could not afford to hire movers so I had to borrow the money.

But that wasn't the end of it. When I signed the contract to list my house, I told Vonda Collard that I had a mineral lease and that I wanted to retain mineral rights. She again assured me that she would see that I retained my mineral rights. Then at closing, I asked about the mineral rights and the escrow officer said that it was not in the contract and that it was too late since the buyer and I had already signed everything. So VONDA COLLARD cost me my monthly gas royalties which I was dependent upon to help me live and pay my medical bills. I tried calling her again about this failure to do her job, but once again, she would not return my calls.

I have complained to Coldwell Banker and they said that they were never told about the mineral rights. The whole COLDWELL BANKER company must be a bunch of liars!

Whatever you do, don't use COLDWELL BANKER, but most importantly, DON'T USE VONDA COLLARD!
