Buyers beware!!! Do Not sign any agreement to be represented by this company unless the agreement has been clearly explained to you. If you think a commission is being paid by the seller and no money will come out of your pocket, you are wrong. Make sure you understand the agreement. Coldwell Banker makes a buyer pay a extra commission on top of the commission they already receive from the seller.

It makes no sense to be loyal to a Coldwell Banker agent because the company will stick it to you for your loyalty to the tune of about $450. Try to talk to them about it and their response is basically 'too bad' stupid buyer.

Take some good advice from me. Stay far, far away from this company. A buyer should not have to pay a commission on top of a commission the seller has already paid! Sign on with Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty and that is exactly what you will do!
