Misrepresented 1 year lease, took away approx. $200 in services per month, with amendments days after the lease was signed

Negotiated a 1 year lease for a home for $1,500 / month with pool and lawn service included. Signed lease, 2 amendments could not be printed at the time the original lease was signed.

Presented with two amendments we had to sign, days after the original lease was signed, that took away pool and lawn service. Which was originally included in the monthly lease amount during discussions before agreeing on the lease.

Hours of labor cutting the lawn and maintaining the pool with no response from the Coldwell Banker Property Management division or Broker, makes me question their integrity as a company and appears they could care less about their customers, and future home buying prospects we are.

Not sure what else to do, but warn everyone thinking about renting a home in Florida from Coldwell Banker. Make sure you know exactly what services is included, and not included in your monthly rent!
