Coldwell Banker, Broker told to move for the company and left for dead!

I attended the Nevada School of Real Estate and obtained my brokers license. Coldwell Banker Wardley had brokers come in and teach classes there. Mark Schender was one of these individuals and soon offered me a position with the company.

One of these available positions was in my husband's hometown of Altoona, PA. We thought this was great timiing since we are expecting. I was to finish 20 hours of PA law before starting work. While completing my coursework in PA I was informed that I had been transferred out of the Altoona office. When I called the Las Vegas Broker to find out where, he would not return my phonecalls. Calls into management at the Altoona office yielded no results either.in fact, they said they never heard of me and would have never approved such a transfer.

So, now the job and relocation assistance that was promised has disappeared. And now everyone at Coldwell Banker including Bob Pennington denies any employment agreement ever existed. We are now stuck in Altoona, Pa and all of our belongings including paperwork proving employment is in storage. These people are corrupt and EVIL!!!
