Memories kept stole my bridal bouquet

Memories kept has no shame. They lead me on. Waiting and waiting for my bouquet..
They were quick to collect their money ($ 500..) but still waiting. Since august..
I cant believe that they are still in business. I called several times but no resolution..
Who does that!!! I hope someone does something about them. They need to be shut down... Its not about the money, but they destroyed such a beautiful memory!!!
Hope one day i can get my bouquet back... Hopeful Bride washington dc.
