Preying on a Brides Dream on preserving their Special Day

I was married in '07 and the wedding chapel that I got married at recommended what I thought was a wonderful service to preserve my Bouquet and Buckner for my special day. It's been a year and 8 months and I am still waiting to receive what I paid $500 for. I have made many phone calls and visits in an attempt to receive my final product but have not gotten a phone call back or email. Now their number is out of service and their shop is locked. I really regret trusting this company with my special memory. Sad and disappointed does not cover it.

I saw a news report on KTNV News 13 on the company last year and they featured brides who were ripped off by Memories Kept too. I was able to get an address on a storage unit that had miscellaneous item from the company but unfortunately my flowers were not there and from the pictures I saw of refrigerators with dead and moldly flowers I do have any hope on ever seeing them again. Do not use this company or trust Preston Cobb with your wedding memories!
