Instylers Are A Scam
SCAM, Ripoff, Con-Artists, Falsified advertisements, low-lifes for customer service reps as well as Supervisors

My boyfriend ordered the instyler for me as a gift under the impression it would cost $16.95 plus shipping and handling. He called to check the status of delivery and I knew; 2 instylers for 16.95, that cant b right. We then found out that it would be $120.00. I thought that was too much but he thought I was worth it.

I recieved the instyler and opened the big box and there was no paperwork or return policy so I took it to the post office and sent it back to the return address on the box.

3 weeks later I got it back but in a different box that had the items rattling around inside and very poorly taped/sealed. I called to find out why it was sent back to me. Their reasons were because
1-there was no return number in their system
2-the BOXES were opened
3-past 30 day return policy
I advised the rep that I opened the first initial box and there was no paperwork for me to even fallow a return procedure. He told me that they MIGHT have been in one of the 2 smaller boxes which I didn't open. But at the same time he was telling me that they could not do anything because the box was opened.

How do u get to the return policy if its inside the box and if u break the seal its voided anyway? (SCAM)

Then its past 30 days because they took 3 weeks to send it Back. (SCAM)

And if I would have gotten the paperwork for the return policy I would have been able to fallow proper procedures according to their return policy that is voided when u open the box to get to the damn policy.

Neither the CSR or Supervisor would listen to my reasonings and kept cutting me off, talking over me, the rep hung up on me, BAD business.

I then spoke to the Sup in reguards of what this is going to cost my boyfriend. He advised that he has already paid $93.28 which is the first payment, S&H, and the Trail of $14.99 and $19.99 and $46.64 which is $81.62 and I'm sure the extra $11.66 is tax but who knows.

He then told me he has 2 more payments of $46.64. Another $93.28 w/out tax. Making the grand total almost $200.00. For an Item only worth maybe $20.00! SCAM SCAM SCAM and all they had to say to resolve the issue is send a letter or fax to a manager or corporate which I'm doing next.

Buyers beware: INSTYLER is a BIG SCAM

I'm down for a lawsuit if anybody else is send me and e-mail (REDACATED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
They need to be stopped and held responsible for their scandalous actions.
