Tre milano instyler
Without looking at my instyler, they said it is a bogus instyler. It came from China. It worked 4 times then it stoped working. They don't list an address for me to return it

I bought an Instyler from the internet. When I recieved it it came in a box from China. I used it about 4 times, then it stopped working. I looked on my shipping label to fine an address to return the instyler, but there was none. Every company I called said that I did not order the instyler from them. I called a company today and I was told that I did not order the instyler on TV, being I order the instyler on the internet it was a fradulant instyler, it was a copy. I told the man I wanted to mail it to them so they could see it if it was a fake I did not want my money if it was a fake. He said he knew it was a fake he did not need to see it. If they know it is a fake and there using the name of the instyler from tre Milano LLC why don't warn people not to by from the internet.in the mean time I am out about $89.00. I feel I got RIPPED OFF. And the company does not care.
