COSTLY return policy - iCrate

Beware of the return policy. I accidentally ordered the wrong crate. When I called, they were abrupt and advised to fill out the return authorization request form. Today it appears my card was credited however they deducted their 20% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost.

The $30 pet crate ended up costing me $13.53 in original shipping, $6.00 in restock fees, & $20 UPS return shipping for a total of $39.53. Lessons learned: Look at the store's return policy (their "no hassle" policy just means you'll pay $ to return it) & triple check before clicking buy!
