Colder's "Half Back" and other credit promotion might be a scam - Customer Service and Company Policies

The incident occurred at the Grafton, WI Colder's the evening of
October 13th. My wife, two children and I went in hoping to make a purchase, and as a result of this we left empty-handed... And angry. Details:

It's been 1.5 months now, and still no resolution. We did receive some phone messages apologizing and an email saying they'd make it right. After our reply, we got an answer saying "call us", but have since not heard from them again. It seems once we acknowledged their attempts, they were done. We sent email about a week ago asking for final resolution/official clarification of the terms of their Half Back/Full Back promotions. No reply.

We obviously are NOT recommending anyone shop at Colder's, engage in their promotions, or accept their store credits until this is resolved. Please comment at our site, too, if you've had issues with Colders.
