Colder's Furniture Store
Cloder's Slower than molasses & not helpful!

I went into Colder's to buy a chair & ottoman. They had such a great sale, buy some furniture & get the same money in a free purchase. So I bought a chair & ottoman & got a love seat free. But the salesman said that I would have to order it or take what was on the sales floor - RED! So I placed an order.
After we had spent an hour on the order, picking fabric, etc. The salesman said "up to 8 weeks". I hesitated. I don't want to wait 8 weeks. I could go elsewhere, I saw the same fabric at Steinhafel's. He convinced me that it would be "up to 8 weeks". Okay!
I started calling the store at 5 or 6 weeks and the customer service (very politely) said that it was scheduled for the end of the next month (another 6 weeks). I called everyone, the salesman, customer service, manager, assistant manager. They all apologized & told me what I wanted to hear but my furniture still didn't come in.
Of course I couldn't get my money back on a "special order". I was stuck!
Ten weeks later it arrived. Never again! Colder's is the last place that I would order furniture if I needed it in a timely fashion. Never again!
