I purchased a futon in September the frame of it had bent. I called Colder's customer care and made an appointment for one of their service techs to come out. They came out on 2/23 took pictures and left. It is now 2 weeks later and I STILL have no answers. I keep getting the same excuse that they have not heard back from the manufacturer after they have e-mailed them several times. I'm without a bed now for my daughter for 2 weeks, this is ridiculous. I think because of the fact that this isn't even a year old, they should just be replacing it without all of the middle people involved. I want resolution and a new bed after I paid over $600 for this futon and then the frame bends. I don't think I'm ever going to shop here again... Very disappointed with the service!!!
