Delta Interest-Rich McFarland sold shares in oil developments that now appears to not exist

Caddo Resources, a pre runner to Delta Interest, was also run by Rich McFarland. It was a well run ponzi scheme as I discovered when the 2008 production revenue stopped in Feb.

My problem was: I didn't know where to report my case.
