Took money to invest in oil well shares that didn't exsist

Mr Richard McFarland has taken alot of peoples money to purchase shares in oil wells in Texas that don't exsist. He contiues to string his investors alone with promises he will be sending our funds soon. Checks in the mail is his favorite saying. I have been told by other investors that there are no wells in Starr County Texas that have any of our names on them and no paper trail to be found. Please don;t fall for this scam for I have lost alot of money in these investments. This man need to be brought to the attention of the LAW and JAILED.
