Questionable Intentions of Delta Interest

We also have invested with Delta Interest Inc. Through Richard McFarland. We have not received full payment on monies due to us from our oil well investment for May let alone the rest of the year. Not sure what to do at this point and would take any and all help anyone is willing to give. I have called the Railroad Commission of Texas and they cannot find the wells I have invested in with the names and information Mr McFarland has provided.

I received a check dated 2-6-09 for June monies and it bounced. I have repeatedly called to notify at several different phone numbers I have for Delta Interest and Mr. McFarland will not answer the phone, nor return phone calls. I know he is checking messages due to I filled his voicemail and was unable to leave any more messages. I called first thing the next morning and I could leave messages again.
