Delta is stealing your earned SkyMiles

My hundred thousand SkyMiles were reduced to zero by Delta in January 08'. I was told by Delta that it has the "right to remove" SkyMiles but they would be reenstated if I bought an extra 1000. I bought and Delta said that they would be updated in 6 to 8 weeks. No other restrictions were required.

April 04,08' No update yet. Cathy (Delta Customer Care Atlanta) Says that this was a special promotion, and they "may" be reenstated in June if certain things were completed when bought...

My statements indicates that my SkyMiles are active until Dec 31.

Delta refuses to honor their commitments or give credit to their customers.

I am sure that Delta has ripped-off thousands of other customers.
