So I decided to start my own small business. And I googled what seemed to be a good secure site which than led me to businessnameusa.com - I purchased Business License, tax id and DBA - Which totaled $369.97... I have received NOTHING! Except an email. With a false tax id "invoice" stating its from the IRS - where my Name is spelt wrong along with my business name and address - My partner called to find out when we will be receiving the license - she was hung up on TWICE! She calls back and there is NO ANSWERING MACHINE!!! When I spoke to their fake "Live help" - they said the only way the name was spelt wrong is by what i typed in - In the confirmation my middle name is not in the email neither is the business name which they both spelled wrong! I ALWAYS Double check - esp. Online orders! There is a refund button that you can click on but it says - the board votes on if your dispute goes through or not... Which im sure none of them ever have! Do not go through this site at all - and after speaking to my credit card company today they said dont ever order anything online!
