Received a letter from Texas public saftey stating I could renew my drivers license online. When I typed in the web site it came up as DMV-Renewal.com, I filled out the form, used my credit card and received an e-mail stating they had taken $49.97 from my account. And there would be a charge of $9.97 a month drafted from my account. I called and cancelled the transaction and they said they would refund me my money. I have made several calls and each time I get a different person with a different answer. They said they was waiting on my bank to ok the refund but I called my credit union and they said it was nothing wrong on their end. It only cost $32.00 to get your drivers license renewed so why would I have to pay them $49.97 plus $9.97 a month? Can we do something about this?
