Business License - LLC

I really do not understand why I cannot receive a refund for a Business Package ($74.99) I have yet to receive. I was told that everything would be in my LLC package when I received it on July 21. I called the moment I noticed my Business License Package was not in my Express Gold Package. The repesentative I spoke with told me that they may have forgotten to give it to me and that it would be sent right away. On July 23, still no business license package has been sent yet. I went to the Circuit Court 7-23 to file for my own business license around 1:30 pm (two hours later after speaking to a LegalZoom Rep, whom I told I wanted to cancel the business license package that I still haven't received) the Rep told me that someone would be calling me so I could cancel the Business License Package. Hours later, 6:30 pm a Rep called me from Legal Zoom to tell me that I could not cancel my Business License Package because the Business License package was completed. Yet and still, have not been received. I told the Rep that it was false advertisement on their site to say if people are not happy than they can get a refund... So not true.
