Refund delayed and delayed and delayed

Site's description of Suite to download photos says it will work with Sanyo model SCP3100. Package description says it will work with this model. Wouldn't work. Asked for refund and Return Authorization on 3/25/09. The company is actually in Hong Kong, customer support is in India. California add is only a warehouse for returned goods. Customer support (a misnomer) did not want to give a Return Authorization. They required all previous e-mails (in which there was written agreement to refund) and copies of all e-mails to be included in the returned package. I complied with all their instructions while getting a tracking # for USPS. USPS confirms the package was delivered on 4/6/09. Still no refund although I have complied with their request for all e-mails again. Next I'll try BBB, Bizrate, and all the forums I can find.
