Electronics and household app.
I purchased a tablet computer through this company's daily email nag. I received the item but, when I tried to configure the tablet for use the screen was not responsive to touch and I returned the item via USPS; however, I failed to get a tracking number.
Originally, the rep who responded to my email only said I could get store credit but, when I wrote her back, she then said I could get a refund but provided no instructions on how to go about returning the item or where to return it to so I sent it to the only address provided which is the one listed in this complaint.
I've had to tell her and the other two reps who have responded at least six times that I don't have a tracking number. They keep requesting one so that they can find the item in their warehouse but I didn't send it to their warehouse. I sent it to their main office with instructions on handling and my contact information in the package.
So far, they have made no effort to resolve the matter by looking for the package in their main office. It's seems obvious that someone should have read the information I put in the package with the returned tablet and followed up. I guess I've been ripped off for $127 plus S&H.
